Wheelchair assistance at airports

Skyhigh offers assistance for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs at all airports. We can provide boarding and disembarkation assistance at departure and destination airports. You can request this service at the time you purchase your ticket or when you arrive at our counter at the airport on the day of your flight.

If you are traveling with your own wheelchair, please inform the airport counter.

Other assistive devices

Assistive devices that can fit securely in the overhead bin or under the customer’s seat may be carried in the cabin and do not count toward the carry-on baggage allowance.
